Celebrities unite against mining

Some of New Zealand's finest musical and acting talent are joining together in support of an online campaign being launched by Greenpeace to protest against the Government's movements around mining.

The campaign' is called 'Get Free' and supporters say its main purpose is to expose the strategies of Prime Minister, John Key and his Government.

Use the voice you were given and express yourself. This is the key message supported and promoted by Kiwi celebrities who have thrown their weight behind the battle against mining exploration in New Zealand.

Due to the rapid acceleration of both mining permits and exploration permits being approved and encouraged by the Goverment as of late, Greenpeace launched the 'Get Free' campaign this week.
