Colin Cooper focused on uniting Māori All Blacks - Exclusive Online Interview

Colin Cooper, the Head Coach of the Māori All Blacks is in his second year leading the team.

As they prepare to take on Japan he believes uniting the players is a key goal, prior to the first of 2 tests ahead.

Cooper says he has a lot of confidence in the players that are relatively new to the team after losing a lot of experience last year and while Japan has the home advantage and an experienced and quality coach, he is positive his team has the ability to rise to the challenge.

He also outlines the importance of international opportunities such as these for the Māori All Blacks in an exclusive online interview with Te Kāea reporter Rewa Harriman who has travelled to Japan with the team and will bring you more tonight on Te Kāea at 5:30 and 7:00pm with subtitles.
