Duane Bailey settled and ready

Duane Bailey's been in the Breakers squad now for eight weeks, and you would think he'd be tired from the step up in training.

Bailey says’, “It’s still great, still love it. It gets better more challenges going on.”

From starting as a development player, Duane is now in the rostered team, travelling and playing for the Breakers.

The defending champions haven't been doing that well, losing six of their eight games so far.

The 21-year-old forward has been lucky to learn under former Breakers point guard, Paul Henare, who has come in as one of the assistant coaches.

Duane is working hard to gain another game under his belt and he may get that chance when the Breakers play the Townsville Crocs tomorrow.
