Former All Black Leon Macdonald’ confronts home invaders

According to recent reports, two teenagers have been arrested regarding a number of rugby jerseys which were stolen from former All Black Leon MacDonald's home.

MacDonald was still reeling from Sunday morning’s home invasion.

The former All Black and Māori All Black player had confronted two burglars at his private residence, but he didn't realise until hours later they had stolen 15 international rugby jerseys and immediately called the local Blenheim police.

Both of the offenders were described as being in their teens, one part-Māori and the other Caucasian with a nose piercing.

The collection included some of his All Black's jerseys, and international jerseys that he had swapped with players from other countries.
