Hone Harawira was in court today defending charges of failing to follow police instruction.
During the Tai Tokerau MP's defence hearing police say Harawira parked his Ford Falcon in front of a house transporter and refused to move.
Today, on the final day of the hearing Harawira still continued to defend the charge and deny any wrong doing.
