Crown mediators Jim Bolger and Tūkoroirangi Morgan both cross-examined on Day 3 of the urgent hearing of the Waitangi Tribunal in Ngāpuhi today.
But due to misrepresentations in the local paper, the news media was banned from broadcasting the hearing.
