Last week following our Kōhanga Reo investigation, the Education Minister Hekia Parata called for an Independent Financial Audit into the Kōhanga Reo National Trust.
Native Affairs began looking at this story after Mataatua and Tauranga Moana rohe raised concerns over the sacking of former CEO, Titoki Black.
They questioned the Trust's financial practices, and questioned the life-term membership of the Board.
