Mount Maunganui or The Mount is a popular holiday resort town, renowned for its surf beaches.
It's also home to a group of Māori kids who are riding the waves of surfing success locally, and internationally.
Last year Semiramis Holland and camera man Jake Mokomoko travelled to the Mount to hang ten with these tamariki.
