Ngāti Rehua - Christmas Panel

On the southern boundary of Ngāti Wai the subtribe Ngāti Rehua of Great Barrier Island have for generations aspired to build a carved ancestral house as a meeting place for future generations.  In recent weeks they achieved their goal.

Te Kāea reporter Dean Nathan sat down with one of the people who played a key role in bringing this dream to fruition and put together this extended exclusive interview.
