A 22-year-old rising Opera star of Whangarei has completed his Bachelor's Degree of Music from the University of Otago.
Since he finished school in 2008, Kawiti Waetford has been trained by specialists who know how to make it big in the opera arena.
He now leaves the shores of NZ for Wales at the end of the month, and our reporter Harata Brown flew down to his second home of Dunedin, where he has resided the past four years.
