Waikato Police are searching for 17-year-old Mercedes Te Hira who was expected to return to Te Awamutu by bus on Monday afternoon. She is said to have been in Hamilton for the day.
Mercedes is described as being approximately 166cm tall.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact Constable Madeleine Rayson at Hamilton Central Police on 07 858 6200.
