Central District Police are seeking the public's help to find 13-year-old Ebony Lynch-Reihana after she ran away from her caregiver's home in Whanganui on Sunday July 27.
Inquiries to date have been unsuccessful in finding the 13-year-old, who Police believe is avoiding being found.
Police say she could be staying with family in the Wellington, Lower Hutt area.
Anyone who has seen Ebony or knows of her whereabouts is being asked to contact the Central District Command Centre immediately on (06) 351 2535.
