The Wailers to perform for NZ reggae fans in 2016

Bluesfest Touring is presenting to New Zealand one of the most significant bands touring the world today: The Wailers.

Led by the legendary Aston "The Family Man" Barrett, The Wailers will uphold the legacy of Reggae prophet, Bob Marley.

Together with Bob Marley, The Wailers have sold 250 million albums worldwide, with 20 chart hits, including 7 Top 10 entries. They have performed for an estimated 24 million people worldwide and have performed with the likes of Stevie Wonder, Carlos Santana, Peter Tosh and Sting.

The Wailers will be performing four shows, playing songs from their Exodus, Survival, Uprising and Legend albums, as well as their greatest hits including No Woman, No Cry, Redemption Song, and Is this Love.

They are set to perform in Auckland at the Powerstation on Wednesday March 20, 2016.

Tickets will go on sale next Tuesday, 20 October at 9am.
