Despite the cold wintery climate, there were over 80 entries in the fourth AROCA waka ama winter series race hosted by Ōrākei Water Sports over the weekend.
The series allows paddlers from the different age brackets to keep their fitness and motivation up during the colder months while also keeping an eye on their competition.
